Foster to Forward
From aging out of foster care to building an independent future.
Marcus T., 19: On his 18th birthday, Marcus aged out of foster care with a trash bag of belongings, no place to sleep, no credit history, and no family safety net. Bridge Forward Missions met Marcus on day one. We helped him secure emergency housing, establish a personalized life-development plan, build daily living and budgeting skills, and enroll in a high-demand vocational training program.
