Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Rita, is a healthcare administrator and nonprofit leader with foundational expertise in behavioral health systems, workforce development, and program operations. She provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and organizational oversight for Bridge Forward Missions.
Her work focuses on advancing structured, community-based solutions that address systemic barriers to stability, creating pathways to housing security, workforce access, and long-term independence for young adults.
Holly Noel Marr, BS
Holly Noel Marr brings over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable populations through administrative leadership and program coordination. She oversees operational support, organizational systems, and program alignment to strengthen overall effectiveness.
Her work focuses on enhancing service delivery, supporting strategic initiatives, and advancing the mission of Bridge Forward Missions through strong organizational infrastructure.

Chief Impact & Transformation Officer (CITO)
Jake leads strategic growth and program performance at Bridge Forward Missions, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable outcomes for the young adults and families the organization serves. Working closely with partners and funders, he aligns innovative solutions with evidence-based practices to build sustainable systems that empower individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, transitioning from foster care, or facing justice involvement and educational barriers.

As Programs Director, Bradley leads Bridge Forward Missions’ youth-empowerment strategy across Collin and Dallas Counties. Combining deep executive experience with a trauma-informed approach, he guides our frontline teams and builds vital community partnerships to help young adults overcome systemic barriers.
